What do you think are the best skills you bring to your job and ampliFI?

At ampliFI, I bring a deep passion for discovery that has been the cornerstone of my career. From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by people and the stories behind their behaviors. Over the years, this curiosity has led me to focus on understanding consumer behavior and translating those insights into impactful marketing, strategy, and innovation. As a strategic marketing and insights leader, I have honed the ability to uncover the “human truths”—listening closely to both what is said and what remains unsaid. This skill allows me to create strategies that resonate on a deeper, more authentic level with consumers.

In addition to my expertise in strategy and insights, I am deeply committed to building strong, collaborative relationships. I believe that curiosity, active listening, and openness to different perspectives are essential for success. These qualities have helped me thrive as a leader, fostering an environment where team members feel heard and supported. I’ve always believed that by aligning individual strengths with the right opportunities and providing the necessary support, people can truly excel. What attracted you to the loyalty space?

What drew me to the loyalty space is the unique opportunity to bring added value to both clients and consumers in a meaningful way. I’ve always been passionate about creating experiences that not only drive business growth but also foster genuine connections between brands and customers. Loyalty programs, with their ability to reward and recognize consumer behavior, offer an exciting avenue to build long-term relationships while delivering tangible benefits.

The concept of earning and redeeming rewards through everyday purchases is something I find especially exciting because it turns ordinary moments into something special. Consumers feel valued when their loyalty is recognized, and businesses see greater engagement and retention as a result. Being able to contribute to this dynamic—helping companies create rewarding experiences that keep customers coming back—is a key driver of my work in this space.
