Her career spans the full loyalty ecosystem: issuer-side programs, retail credit card and CRM, global e-commerce membership models, and large-scale platform migrations. That breadth allows Kim to understand loyalty from every angle: strategy, technology, operations, and financial impact.

Kim specializes in turning consumer insight into action.
