Andy Mankiewicz is the Director of IT Project Management, where he is responsible for building and scaling ampliFI’s Project Management Organization (PMO). He is a seasoned IT professional with nearly 30 years of experience in software development across numerous industries (i.e. telecom, insurance, financial, health, hospitality). Over the past 20 years, Andy has excelled as a project management professional, successfully leading multi-million dollar projects for several Fortune 500 companies while also developing PMO best practices and mentoring colleagues.

What key skills do you bring to this role?

I began my career in quality assurance and worked my way up through development into project management. As a result, I have a strong understanding of multiple software delivery lifecycles (SDLCs), how to deliver high-quality software to clients, and the processes and people within a PMO required to make it happen.
