With over 35 years of global experience in payments, loyalty, and digital enablement, she brings a strong track record of building scalable solutions and leading high-performing teams that deliver measurable value.
Prior to joining ampliFI, Penny spent over two decades at a global payments technology company, where she launched a mobile enablement platform now used by more than 4,000 financial institutions, generating over $100 million in annual revenue. She holds more than a dozen patents in digital issuance, fraud prevention, and consumer engagement technologies. She has led global product and strategy teams rooted in agile development and full product lifecycle ownership.

What attracted you to the loyalty space?
What drew me to the loyalty space is the opportunity to empower consumers through technology-driven, engaging solutions that are both relevant and impactful. Throughout my career, I’ve taken pride in being part of teams that strengthen the connection between consumers, financial institutions, and merchants. The ability to create intuitive, state-of-the-art solutions is what continues to inspire me—and it’s exactly what attracted me to ampliFI.
