Distinguished Financial Services Leader Adds Card-Services Expertise to Power ampliFI’s Strategy

A highly respected executive with deep expertise in financial services and digital transformation, Kevin brings energetic leadership and a forward-looking vision to support ampliFI’s accelerating growth.
Kevin retired from JPMorgan Chase & Co. after spending 18 years with the firm and its predecessors. His last role at JPMorgan Chase was CEO of Chase Card Services. Prior to joining Card Services, Kevin had served as CEO of Mortgage Banking, where he returned the business to profitability following the financial crisis. He transitioned to Mortgage Banking from Business Banking, where he served as Chief Executive Officer for five years. Kevin was Head of the Corporate Internet Group at Bank One prior to the merger with JPMorgan Chase. Kevin currently serves as an independent Board Member for JPMorgan Europe Limited.
In addition to his JPMorgan Board role, Kevin sits on the Board of Varo Money, Inc. and Lendmark Financial Services. Kevin also serves as an Operating Partner at Lightyear Capital, a New York-based private equity firm that partners with growing companies at the nexus of financial services and technology, health care, and business services. For over 25 years, Lightyear has worked closely with management and leveraged its industry expertise, network of advisors, and operating resources to accelerate growth and build market-leading businesses.
