Senior product leader brings execution discipline and strategic clarity to ampliFI’s product organization

ampliFI Loyalty Solutions, a leading provider of customized loyalty and engagement programs for financial institutions, is pleased to welcome Mike Jin as Vice President of Product Operations & Portfolio Management. In this role, Mike will help drive the organization’s translation of strategy into execution by optimizing how work is prioritized, tracked, and delivered across ampliFI’s product ecosystem.
Mike brings deep experience building and leading business planning, product operations, and portfolio management functions for consumer-focused products, with prior leadership roles at Visa, IBM, and Lockheed Martin. Known for his grounded perspective, thoughtful approach, and dependable leadership, Mike focuses on creating operating models that help teams do their best work and deliver consistent, measurable results.

Within ampliFI’s Product department, Mike will collaborate closely across the company on intake and prioritization, product lifecycle processes, project management, roadmap execution, and vendor and SLA oversight tied to product delivery. He will also work hand-in-hand with Technology, Finance, and client-facing teams to ensure strong alignment, prioritization, and product readiness.
