Cynthia Roden is the Director of Technology Strategy and Operations, where she designs the structural and operational foundations for the technology department as it enters its next phase of growth. Her focus is on ensuring that strategy can be executed at scale.

She is a senior operations and financial services leader, with previous roles at Kinzie Capital Partners, Preqin (now part of BlackRock), and CNO Financial Services. Across these roles, she addressed systemic business challenges by building the frameworks required to support growth and adapt through change. In her role at ampliFI, Cynthia focuses on operational enablement, improving efficiency, transparency, and delivery across the technology organization. She is results-driven, insightful, and pragmatic, and values being part of a collaborative organization focused on building something meaningful.
