Heidi is responsible for demonstrating the programmatic and financial benefits of the company’s programs and platform. She previously served in various leadership roles in sales and strategic partnerships with Metavante (acquired by FIS) and Rewards NOW (acquired by ampliFI Loyalty Solutions).

What attracted you to the loyalty space?
I was attracted to the loyalty space because it’s the FUN and EXCITING part of banking products! Loyalty programs reward cardholders for doing the behaviors that we want them to do, so I see it as a win-win for everyone. The right incentives motivate everyone (…including my dog & kids…) so why not make your loyalty program one that brings the best options to your cardholders. I love that I can bring my own consumer habits and experiences into the same product that our clients are hosting for their cardholders. It’s also an industry that continues to evolve to not only meet but exceed consumer expectations, so being on the forefront of innovative thinking is key. We do that well at ampliFI Loyalty Solutions.
What do you see as the future of loyalty?
I see the future of loyalty programs as continuing to evolve, to meet cardholders when/where they use their card and to take a more proactive engagement approach. Though our Pay With Points product is a huge leap in that direction, I know ampliFI will continue to focus on innovative and engaging new ways to evolve programs to make them more interactive & attractive to both our clients and their cardholders. I also see the future of loyalty program expanding into all areas of a customer relationship, beyond the transactional payment cards, and to be used as a recognition and engagement tool that shapes the desired customer actions and behaviors.
