What attracted you to the loyalty space?
I’ve always been drawn to the impact technology can have on customer engagement, and the loyalty space is a great example of how innovative solutions can build stronger relationships between brands and their customers. What attracted me most was the opportunity to leverage technology to deliver personalized experiences and measurable value for businesses and their customers.
