Joe’s career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
Joe Fuller brings extensive leadership experience having served as CFO at RIA in a Box, Digi-Me Yes Lifecycle Marketing and Alterian Inc. Joe is a respected leader in leading business operations and professional services and is also proficient in developing and implementing strategic financial initiatives to propel growth. Joe is a CPA with a M.B.A. in Finance, with distinction, from DePaul University and a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago in Accounting. He is a Director – Emeritus for the Illinois Technology Association having previously served as its Treasurer as part of its Executive Board.

What attracted you to the loyalty space?
I have always seen loyalty programs as a way to engage with consumers and impact their behavior with positive and rewarding outcomes. Points have become a currency in the world, and the ability to join a leading provider in this space made my decision to come to ampliFI Loyalty Solutions very easy. I believe the impact we can have on deepening the one-to-one relationships of consumers, banks, and retailers will provide positive outcomes for businesses for years to come.
What do you see as the future of loyalty?
I think loyalty is going to be a critical part of engaging with consumers. The success of rewarding consumers for their purchasing is common and expected. I think the real challenge is ensuring your messaging is clear, pertinent, and timely. Many consumer decisions today are now being made with points in mind, so if you can master engagement with consumers, you can drive predictable and profitable behaviors for your business.
