Joe Mitchell

As the Director of QA, Joe is responsible for establishing a scalable quality strategy, strengthening release confidence, and driving a culture of quality across the organization.

Joe brings over 25 years of technology experience, including 15+ years leading quality engineering teams in SaaS and cloud environments. He has a proven track record of defining organization-wide quality strategies, embedding quality into development lifecycles, and implementing measurable metrics and automated testing at scale.

Most recently, he served as Director of Engineering at DataDirect Networks and previously led quality initiatives at Otus, LLC, and IBM (through the Cleversafe acquisition).
