Mike Jin is Vice President of Product Operations & Portfolio Management at ampliFI Loyalty Solutions, where he helps bring clarity, structure, and execution discipline to the product organization. A senior payments and product operations expert, Mike brings extensive experience supporting consumer-focused products and helping organizations scale through alignment and focus.
Prior to ampliFI, Mike held leadership roles at Visa, IBM, and Lockheed Martin, where he partnered closely with Product and Technology teams to connect strategy with execution. His work has centered on improving how teams plan, prioritize, and deliver—creating environments where progress is clear, collaboration is strong, and outcomes are measurable.

I bring deep experience running business planning and operations in environments where clarity and follow-through matter. I’ve led P&Ls, built leadership-level performance views that make progress and tradeoffs easy to see, and established planning rhythms that keep teams aligned on what matters most.
I also bring strong program management and execution discipline—leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, and managing vendor and client partnerships through clear contracts, expectations, and accountability. My focus is on creating operating models that help teams do their best work and deliver consistent, measurable results.
