Mike, as Chief Operating Officer, is a respected expert in leading products, programs and strategy and is also versed in creating and managing loyalty programs, managing partnerships, product marketing, program development and managing, devising and implementing key strategic initiatives.

What do you love the most about your role?
I love that my role puts me at the nexus of the clients and cardmembers we support and the ongoing advancement and transformation of the loyalty space. It’s my privilege to work with a great team across the organization focused on formulating the strategy, developing our suite of offerings, executing and delivering them to market, and supporting clients and cardmembers with excellence.
What do you see as the future of loyalty?
Loyalty offerings will need to evolve and adapt even faster in the future, with an emphasis on real-time personalized engagement, valuable and relevant rewards, and an exceptional user experience.
