In these uncertain times, the safety and well-being of our employees, clients and cardholders remain our top priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our communities, we want to share some immediate steps we’ve taken to help keep everyone safe and healthy.

Our teams are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and other local and national peer organizations for best practices and recommendations. We have established an internal Task Force that will meet daily for at least the next two weeks to review new WHO and CDC advisories and to assess the current situation.

We are committed to excellence in service delivery and maintain a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plan that includes coverage for multiple event types, including pandemics. In light of COVID-19, ampliFI Loyalty Solutions recently conducted a pandemic BCDR test where the majority of the workforce were able to successfully work from remote locations with no impact to service delivery.

We continue to receive the most up-to-the-minute information and we will be taking the following actions:

  • Communication with our redemption fulfillment partners, particularly travel and event tickets vendors, to ensure we have the proper cancellation procedures and policies in place.
  • Updated the IVR message for the travel option to assist cardholders due to longer than normal hold times at the travel center.
  • Placing a message on the welcome page of all rewards websites with more information on details of policies. Click Here to view the website message.
  • Recommending all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all non-essential work travel.
